The Navy Clearance Diver Trust supports serving and ex-serving Royal Australian Navy Clearance Divers and their families. We operate through two ACNC-registered charitable funds and receive no government funding.

Professional non-executive director and Owner and Managing Director of Alternate Futures Pty Ltd. Alternate Futures is a consultancy that specialises in facilitating research and innovation partnerships between research or tech start-up organisations and industry, by addressing knowledge, culture and systems gaps so that win-win partnerships and impactful research and technology programs can be established. She was awarded Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year in 2010 and was made an Officer of the Order of Australia in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Denise has a non-executive Director portfolio, including Board Chair of Western Power and Gascoyne Gateway, and Board Member of Leichhardt Industrials. She is also Chair of the Cooperative Research Centres Advisory Committee, and member of the Commercialisation Advisory Board and Critical Minerals Trailblazer for Curtin University. Previously she held a number of senior executive roles for Rio Tinto, including Chief Commercial Officer Autonomous Haul Trucks, Managing Director of Dampier Salt and Managing Director of HIsmelt.
