Mr Jonathan Farrell

Dr Farrell is a seasoned Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Chair with over 30 years’ directorial experience in a wide range of Australian and International organisations in both the commercial sector and not-for profit organisations. His expertise includes: the duties and responsibilities of company directors, corporate governance, risk management, financial management and analysis, IT (especially IT governance and cyber security), contract and commercial law. Dr Farrell also has over 40 years’ experience as a senior executive and CEO in numerous organisations, primarily in the IT sector. He has worked both as a consultant and in project management with organisations in banking, finance, information technology, government, insurance, telecommunications, education, health, aged care, community services, primary industries, port operations & the military.

Dr Farrell holds a Diploma of Technology (Statistics), a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics), a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, A Certified Practicing Project Director, and a Member of the Australian Information Security Association.
