The Navy Clearance Diver Trust supports serving and ex-serving Royal Australian Navy Clearance Divers and their families. We operate through two ACNC-registered charitable funds and receive no government funding.

Steve is a founder and Director of Solaris Advisory, a management consulting practice specialising in complex strategic, program and operations management. With over 25 years’ experience in Defence and Industry, Steve has worked in a range of sectors in roles focused largely on leading organisational change and management of major programs in all stages of the capability life-cycle. Steve is a retired CAPT (RAN) and aerospace specialist who has held roles in all three Services.Steve is actively involved in a range of programs and initiatives aimed at improving our communities and has specific interests in programs that have a positive impact on serving and veteran Defence personnel, first nations Australians, and animal welfare.
