The Navy Clearance Diver Trust (NCDT) is a perpetual not-for-profit trust fund and a registered charitable organisation. NCDT has received a Notice of Endorsement for Charity Tax Concessions from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

1. Our Governing Document
The terms and conditions for the operation and conduct of business of the NCDT are detailed in the Deed of Settlement of the Navy Clearance Diver Trust, dated 08 December 2011.
This Deed is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Copies of the Deed will be made available upon written request to the Secretary at secretary@ncdt.org.au.
2. Refund Policy
Donations
It is NCDT policy that donations are not refundable. All gifts to the Trust are voluntary and directed to the support of Clearance Divers and their families.
If you believe a processing error has occurred, contact secretary@ncdt.org.au within 14 days of the transaction and we will investigate.
Event tickets
Tickets to NCDT events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will only be payable if an event is cancelled by NCDT.
Tax deductibility
NCDT holds endorsement for charity tax concessions from the ATO. Whether your donation is tax-deductible depends on your individual circumstances. We recommend consulting a qualified tax adviser.
3. Use of This Website
