The Navy Clearance Diver Trust (NCDT) is a perpetual not-for-profit trust fund. The NCDT is a charitable organisation. The NCDT has received Notice of Endorsement for Charity Tax Concessions from the ATO.
Our terms have been developed on this basis.
Refund Policy
It is NCDT policy that donations are not refundable. The purchase of tickets to NCDT events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will only be payable should an event be cancelled by the NCDT.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for the operation and conduct of business of the NCDT are detailed in the Deed of Settlement of the Navy Clearance Diver Trust dated 08 December 2011.
This Deed is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Copies of the Deed will be made available upon a written request to the Secretary.
